As the email designer and strategist for Paul John Caffeine, I created a seamless digital experience that honored the brand’s heritage while fueling growth.
I led the Klaviyo setup and optimization, designed and wrote automated flows, built a seasonal campaign calendar, and developed website pop-ups to grow the brand’s audience. Each design reflected Paul John Caffeine’s rich Indian roots, balancing tradition and modern ritual through sensory storytelling and clean, intentional visuals.





Beyond design and copy execution, I helped evolve Paul John Caffeine’s visual identity across email by introducing warm, editorial layouts, rich cultural storytelling, and modern type treatments that reflected the brand’s heritage-meets-contemporary aesthetic.
My focus was on bringing their Indian coffee origins to life while maintaining a clean, premium look that resonated with modern coffee drinkers. From launching product-focused flows to crafting ritual-centered campaigns, my work helped establish Paul John Caffeine as a brand rooted in authenticity, craft, and connection.
